CV Joints went - but thank God for the extended warranty which covered everything. Muffler when and was also covered by warranty. Two-door cars - never again though - the driver's side door kept dropping and repairs were made - again, covered by warranty!!!
2005 Honda Element LX from North America - Comments (Carsurvey.org)
Cracked windshield, no apparent reason. 20,000 miles. Location: directly in front of the driver starting at about three inches from windshield wiper and stops at about on inch from top of window. Only noticed it because it started raining and the water collected along the invisable hairline crack.
